Kanban
Pipeline and board views driven by your ERP activity types — drag cards to move them between stages.
Kanban is a board view that lays your ERP activities out as cards across configurable columns. Your admin sets up the boards — Sales pipeline, Sprint board, HR onboarding, or any other grouping your team uses. Columns are driven by ERP activity types and states, so dropping a card into a column updates the ERP record directly.
Switch to it by clicking Kanban in the view selector. If Kanban isn't visible, your admin hasn't enabled it yet.
Boards
If your account has more than one board, a board selector appears at the top. Each board represents one ERP activity configuration (e.g. "Sales pipeline" vs "Delivery tracking"). The columns within a board map to specific ERP activity states.
Cards
Each card on the board is one ERP activity. It shows the activity title, person(s), and any due date. Cards are sorted within a column by due date.
Click a card to open the full activity drawer — same drawer you get from the calendar view. From there you can edit fields, add comments, attach files, and toggle your watch status.
Moving cards
Drag a card between columns to change its ERP activity state. The move writes immediately to Standard Books. If the ERP rejects the move (for example, a mandatory field is missing for that state), the card snaps back and a toast explains the error.
Filtering
Use the person filter at the top of the board to show only activities belonging to specific team members. The board otherwise shows all visible activities across all columns.
Cards for activities you don't have permission to edit in the ERP appear with a lock icon — you can read them but dragging them is disabled.
